These terms govern the purchase of the services and digital products of elpase.pro. By buying, you accept these terms in the version published at that time.
All prices are in euros and include applicable Spanish VAT.
You choose the product, accept these terms and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure payment gateway. You will receive the receipt by email. If you need a full invoice, request it from hola@elpase.pro with your tax details.
The purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the document or template in your business or in the venues you manage: you can print it, adapt it and use it with your team as many times as you like. You may not resell, share or distribute it to third parties, publish it, or use it to create products that compete with it. Intellectual property remains with its owner.
Analyses, documents and templates are digital content delivered instantly, and the roadmap is a service we start preparing as soon as you request it. By accepting the terms before paying, you expressly consent to receiving it immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, under article 103.m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).
The adviser session can be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the booked time. After that, it can be rescheduled once at no cost.
If a file does not open, is incomplete or does not match its description, write to us within 30 days of purchase: we will replace it and, if that is not possible, refund you. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Results and documents are based on the data entered by the user and on benchmarks for the restaurant industry in Spain. They are for guidance only and are no substitute for review by an accountant, tax or employment adviser or auditor. Always adapt the documents to the regulations and collective agreements that apply to your business.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
